Therapy for Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Stress & Life Transitions

Support for mental health concerns, life transitions, and the moments when the two intersect.

My work includes supporting adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, burnout, and other mental health challenges. Sometimes these concerns are connected to a specific life circumstance or transition. Other times, they have been present for a while or become more difficult to manage during a period of change and adjustment.

Therapy provides a space to better understand what you're experiencing, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and find approaches that fit your needs, values, and life.

When worry takes up too much room

You might find yourself replaying conversations, anticipating what could go wrong, or finding it hard to set aside responsibilities. In therapy, we can explore the situations, expectations, and patterns connected to your anxiety and practice ways of responding that fit your needs and values.

When you're not feeling like yourself

Depression does not always look like sadness. You may feel disconnected, lose interest in things you once enjoyed, have difficulty getting started, or find that everyday responsibilities take more effort than they used to. Therapy can provide space to understand what may be contributing to your experience, reconnect with what matters to you, and take meaningful steps forward.

When your mind makes it hard to keep up

ADHD can affect more than attention. You may struggle with organization, time management, follow-through, or managing competing demands, even when you care deeply about what you're trying to accomplish. Therapy can help you better understand your patterns, identify strategies that work for you, and reduce the frustration and overwhelm that can come with trying to keep everything on track.

When responsibility becomes exhausting

Work pressure, caregiving, and the feeling that you should be able to handle everything can leave little room to recover. Our conversations can make space for the demands you face, the boundaries you want to set, and the support you need. We can consider both your patterns and the circumstances around you.

When a life transition changes what you need

A promotion, career change, separation, retirement, or shift in family roles can bring uncertainty alongside possibility. The ways you have managed before may no longer feel right. You may be adjusting to something that has changed and trying to understand what you need now.

Therapy can offer space to process what has changed, explore your sense of identity and changing priorities, and find your footing as you adjust. Together, we can consider what a more sustainable next chapter might look like.

Thoughtful, Practical Approach

Your cultural background, family expectations, identity, and experiences of belonging can all shape how you experience yourself, your relationships, and the challenges you're facing. These can be part of the conversation if they are important to you. Learn more about culturally responsive care.
